Registration for Care Givers
FAQ
In order to successfully register as a Care Giver, please note the following information.
Requirements:
Applicant Must be:
- Minimum 18 years old and not older than 65 years of age.
- Must be physically fit and of sound mind.
Process Steps
- Application Submission in Person: Apply at the office located at Unity House, Victoria, Block A, Floor 1, Room 110.
- Duration of Application Process: Not defined but Care giver can only start giving care service to beneficiary once the Agency has given go ahead to do so.
Required Documents Check List
- Identification: ID card of the applicant and the beneficiary to whom care will be given.
- Proof Of Eligibility of Beneficiary: Letter from Seychelles Home Care Agency approving eligibility of beneficiary for Government Funded Home Care Assistance.
- Valid Bank Account Details: Care giver allowance is paid directly into care givers’ bank account, therefore valid bank account details must be provided upon registration.
